The name Jordan 1 High "Rebellionaire" refers to an important event in the history of Nike and Michael Jordan. The Jordan 1 was banned during the 1985 NBA season because the colors and design of the shoe did not comply with NBA rules. However, Jordan and Nike continued to insist on the shoe's appearance and quality and stayed on the court with the new design, which resulted in Jordan being fined every game he played.
The name "Rebellionaire" refers to the special and bold design of the shoe, which differs from traditional sports shoes and reflects a rebellious spirit that challenges the rules.
Designed by Peter B. Moore The Nike Air Jordan 1 model was pulled up by Micheal Jordan on April 1st 1985, which is still very popular today. Since then, the AJ product line has released a new series almost every year. The latest is XXXVII.
The Jordan 1 series is available in 3 different leg lengths, which are Low, Mid, and the OG version, High. There are differences in the use of materials for each model, but they have in common that you are carrying a piece of history, thus keeping a tradition alive. Upstairs, they are extremely COOL and COMFORTABLE.
